Online Registration is a fast and secure method to enroll your son or daughter with an immediate confirmation letter.  Master, Visa, and Discover payments are accepted online along with electronic check payments.                                               


Enroll by Mail:
Complete the application and consent form and mail or fax your completed paperwork and payment to Indiana Soccer Day Camp, 2904 Dale Court, Bloomington, IN 47401.  You can download and print the 2008 Brochure/Application by clicking on the box below.

Cancellation policy:
Those who cannot attend camp for medical or other reasons will be refunded all but a $20 processing and handling fee.
